General Information
We offer delivery services to mainland England, Wales, and Scotland, with certain postcode restrictions in place.
Free Delivery
Orders over £1,000 within designated delivery areas are eligible for free delivery. For composite doors, no minimum order value is required for free delivery.
Delivery Days
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays, between 7 am and 6 pm.
Unloading Assistance
Please ensure you have enough help to unload your goods. A minimum of two capable individuals is required. For safety and insurance reasons, our drivers can only deliver to the kerbside.
Vehicle Sizes
Deliveries may be made using vehicles up to 18.5 tons in weight. If your site has any access restrictions, please inform us in advance. If not notified, the delivery may be returned and rescheduled.
Delivery Address
We can only deliver to the address provided at the time of order. Once placed, delivery addresses cannot be changed.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery dates are assigned based on your postcode area’s weekly schedule. Unfortunately, you cannot specify or choose a delivery date.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, inspect your items and sign for them. You have 15 minutes to report any visible damage or shortages. If there’s significant damage, return the items with the driver for a quicker resolution. For any concerns, call us at 01484 613104 during delivery.
Installation Warning
We recommend waiting to schedule any installation until you’ve received and checked your products. Once installed, we cannot be held responsible for any damage.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails for any reason, goods will be returned, and a re-delivery charge will apply. The charge must be paid before scheduling the new delivery.
Failed Delivery Charge
£0.50 per mile from our HD8 9LA location to your address.
Re-delivery Charge
£50 per item.

All composite doors qualify for free delivery to most regions in England, Wales, and Scotland (including Edinburgh and Glasgow, with some postcode restrictions).
Bifold Doors & Indi-Fold
Delivery Vehicles
These doors are delivered by a range of vehicles, from a small van to an 18-ton rigid lorry with a tail lift. If your site is inaccessible to such vehicles, please notify us during the order process.
Assembly Instructions
Some bifold doors will require assembly on-site, including frames and door sashes.
Free Delivery Area
Bifold and slide-and-stack doors qualify for free delivery to most areas within England, Wales, and Scotland, but some regions may require additional carriage payment.
